Biography

Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Garrett holds a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University of Iowa. He has taught as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan, and Moldova State University in Chisinau, Moldova. His international teaching experience also includes positions in China, France, and India.
