*Position description:*
	Divine Word College (DWC) invites applications for a full-time faculty position in its Intensive English Language Institute (IELI). We are looking for an experienced, collaborative English language educator who wants a long-term professional home.

Responsibilities:
	Teach 20 contact hours per week across IELI’s integrated-skills curriculum. Advise students on academic progress and future plans. Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and program improvement, including accreditation-related work. Contribute to institutional service and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
	Required An MA in TESOL, applied linguistics, or a closely related field, or a bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, or education, along with a commitment to begin an online MA TESOL program in August 2027 and complete it in 2029 while working full time at DWC. Commitment to the mission of Divine Word College and to serving a culturally diverse, faith-based student community. Preferred: Experience teaching in an intensive English program. Experience with CEA accreditation.

Compensation: Salary and faculty rank is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
