Biography

Father John, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, professed vows as a Divine Word Missionary in 1990 and was ordained a Priest in 1997. He has served as a missionary in urban Mexico City, rural Paraguay, and in various Hispanic and Vietnamese parishes/ministries across the United States. Father John was appointed Secretary for the last four General Chapters of the Society of the Divine Word in Rome (2000, 2006, 2012, 2018).

New Testament, especially the Gospel of Luke, Parables, Issues of Wealth and Poverty, and Socio-Narratological Criticism
