Primary Responsibilities:  
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Facilitating effective student enrollment and registration
  • Organizing course scheduling and classroom assignments
  • Serving as the coordinator of academic advisement by assisting advisors with monitoring student progress
  • Providing academic advising for all new and undeclared undergraduate students
  • Implementing routine academic policies and procedures
  • Fulfilling requests for academic transcripts
  • Assisting Department Chairs and the VP for Academic Affairs in the evaluation of transfer credit requests
  • Providing administrative support services to the VP for Academic Affairs.



The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience as a College Registrar and/or equivalent experience in office records management in an educational institution
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary is commensurate with experience, and full benefits are included.
